I forgot my Learner ID or password. What should I do?

Search your SMS and email for the message received after enrollment. Your Learner ID is usually in it.

Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page. If the OTP does not arrive, check that your registered mobile number is correct.

If your mobile number has changed, contact your centre with an ID proof.
